About Us
J. Ransdell Keene is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Law in 1972. He began his legal career as a trial attorney and became first assistant to the United States attorney.
Mr. Keene is admitted and licensed to practice law in all Louisiana State Courts, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (New Orleans) and Eleventh Circuit (Atlanta), the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Claims.
